Givenchy is really thinking ahead. The utility of these things are great— useful in combat and likely in outerspace as well. People in Star Trek and Star Wars and such are always wearing monotone weirdly shaped objects so I am guessing Givenchy is just taking a hint and preparing for impending doom. Some examples include, but are not limited to: aliens descending and attacking humans from the wrist up; everyone having to evacuate planet earth in a moment’s notice but only those dressed appropriately for intergalactic travel are given passage; space creatures version of friendship bracelets have evolved to white bangles etc.
