I have been really into unique tableware designs lately. These are by Bodo Sperlein for Lladró. http://www.bodosperlein.co.uk (via Bodo Sperlein’s Horse Porcelain : Design Milk)
It makes me really sad when artists shrug off their unique talents to lazily copy what has already been done. This design was made forayed by Laurene Boym a long time ago. More recently she has taken the outline of her older design and translated it into a mass-produced piece, all white and life-size, like the copy above.
