Before landing on this page, you and I were only separated by a mere three degrees. Now we can be one on the web. That's not the definition of technological singularity but it should be.
With this tumblog, I promise kittens and balls of yarn for the kittens to play with. There will be some making out and a lot of hand-holding. I have reaffirmed my awesome feelings towards Malcom Mclaren (hated by most for managing the Sex Pistols and loved by far too few for creating the awesome alt-country music video that is Duck Rock.) I recently found that he said of my good friend Mark Denardo in Wired magazine, “This twenty-something Puerto Rican artist…is the Velvet Underground of the 21st century, the next step in the evolution of rock and roll.”
Not only do we have the same taste in music but we apparently also share a fondness for the same video game talkshows! Damian Lacedaemion (known to me simply as Chris, even if it took a few times of him introducing himself in person for me to separate him from his alterego) conducts this AWESOME virtual interview with Malcom Mclaren on his Halo talkshow, This Spartan Life.
