Got a cool new hat today. Had to have a really serious face for this one so you know I’m not playing jokes over here.

The new redesign to Banters is super cool (the kind of cool that requires pom-poms and a pizza party). Stopped by A Startup Store (beta) launch event last night and picked up this Mallory-in-mind Of a Kind edition. Once I put in the Yestadt Millinery bitties, the rest of the outfit followed (featuring neon bracelets from my childhood, a Barbie dangle from McDonald’s and a $325 bird necklace gifted from designer Apollo Braun.)

Probably going to fasten them in again for the Cyber Pretty party tomorrow night as well because according to the manufacturer’s video, the florescent bows glow in the dark.

For those of you that have yet to stop by A Startup Store (beta) - they’ll have startup products on display for four more days, after which the theme of the concept store changes to LOVE and the products therein along with it.

If you look at our photos or know us IRL, you’ll often notice that we wear the same general color scheme- what we like to call “black and nudey peach”. So you can imagine our excitement over Refinery29’s Trend Watch: Blush Tones feature yesterday (i.e. nudey peach)!!

Here are a few of our favorite nudey peach looks that we’ve donned at photo shoots and events, paired with Refinery29’s blush tone picks.

This only proves further that 2012 will be Small Girls’ Big Year.
